Accepted payment methods
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments, where enabled, are handled by the third-party payment provider shown in the checkout flow. Do not submit card details by email or through general website forms.
Currency and pricing
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. The final amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees, should be reviewed before payment submission.
When payment is processed
Payment authorization and order confirmation depend on the checkout provider and order system. An order may not be fulfilled until payment status is confirmed.
Taxes
Taxes are collected where required and as supported by the checkout configuration. Any applicable amount should be shown before completing payment.
Failed payments, changes, and cancellations
If a payment fails or is declined, follow the checkout instructions or contact your payment provider. For an order change or cancellation request, email ridgestonehelp@gmail.com as soon as possible. Requests after shipment may be subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
