Commission Policy

This policy applies only if Ridgestone operates an affiliate, ambassador, or commissioned-partner program. Rates and eligibility must be confirmed in a written partner profile or agreement; the example rates below are not promises unless separately approved in writing.

1. Base rate

A partner's base commission rate is the rate shown in the partner profile or separately agreed in writing. No default rate is guaranteed by this policy.

2. Discount-tier multiplier

If the program uses discount tiers, the order discount percentage is calculated as the total order discount divided by the order subtotal. This may include partner codes, volume tiers, promotions, bundle pricing, and other reductions. Any applicable multiplier must be shown in the current partner terms.

The table above is an example structure from the supplied draft, not an active promise unless adopted in the partner program agreement. Changes should be dated and communicated to affected partners.

3. Commission calculation

Where a partner agreement uses these rules, commission is calculated as eligible order amount × base rate × applicable multiplier. The agreement should specify whether “eligible order amount” excludes shipping, taxes, refunded amounts, or chargebacks.

4. Exclusions and disputes

Any exclusions, attribution rules, dispute window, and review timing must be disclosed in the applicable partner agreement. Questions can be sent to ridgestonehelp@gmail.com.

5. Acceptance and updates

Participation is subject to the current written partner terms. Material changes will be dated and communicated as appropriate.
